Magor Marsh volunteers by Hamish Blair

Volunteer for nature's recovery

Volunteering with GWT has been good for learning new skills (fencing is possible even if you don't have strong muscles). I love seeing the visible difference at the end of the day (I often think - we'll never manage that - but we generally do!)

Volunteering is a great way to meet like-minded people, connect to nature, improve your wellbeing, gain new skills and may even boost your career prospects.
Some of the greatest things about volunteering with GWT are seeing trees I have planted flourish and other wildlife benefit from work carried out by volunteers.
