Create a Wilder Future with Gwent Wildlife Trust

During #RememberACharityWeek (Sept 9-15), we’re remembering the generosity of those who have left gifts to Gwent Wildlife Trust in their wills, and all of the work that we have been able to do to protect wildlife as a result.
Gwent Wildlife Trust Marketing and Communications Volunteer Aaron Corcoran-Lockley explains more...

In your will, you ensure that the things most important to you are taken care of in the future.  Your friends and family come first, but you can also include gifts in your will to protect other causes close to your heart. If you are passionate about nature, remembering Gwent Wildlife Trust (GWT) in your will is a unique way to continue to show you love and appreciation for your local area.

All gifts, no matter the size, have the biggest impact, helping GWT do more for nature than ever before. For example, a generous donation left by Mrs Pat Gorvin in her will helped the Trust towards purchasing Bridewell Common Nature Reserve, which has just opened for visitors in June 2024. A lifelong member of GWT, Pat’s generosity shaped the work the Trust has been able to do since. You can read more about Mrs Gorvin and her donation on our Legacy page.

Once you have taken care of your loved ones, please consider leaving a gift in your will for Gwent Wildlife Trust. Even 1% could make a big difference. You can continue to provide for your loved ones by helping protect your local area for generations to come.
